No. We use only ethical SEO techniques that will not get your website banned or blacklisted. We do not create doorway pages or use any illegal search engine practices to achieve Top 10 rankings.
What's the next step after I order and pay for my SEO Plan?
Before we can start on your SEO Project you must complete and fax your service agreement contract to our office. This contract will have your list of selected keywords as well as all other conditions listed. Fax your signed service agreement contract to 1-416-743-8661.
What will happen during the 5 weeks you are working on my SEO project?
Your SEO Project will be assigned to an SEO specialist to complete. They will begin with a thorough analysis of your industry, business and all competitor websites. The specialist will determine which web pages on your site to optimize and start completing the redevelopment and optimization of those web pages.
Do I have to give you my website FTP server information?
Your FTP server information is not a requirement, but it will certainly help the SEO specialist working on your project. No changes to your website will be made without your consent. The FTP server information is generally only used for the uploading and implementation of the optimized web pages after the project is completed. If you feel comfortable doing it yourself, go ahead.
What are the different methods of payment?
You can make payment online using any major credit card [American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover] and PayPal. We also accept certified checks, money orders and direct bank transfers.
Can you start my SEO project without receiving the service agreement contract?
No. We cannot start your project without the fax of the service agreement contract.
Can I select my own keywords?
Yes. You can select your own target keywords for your SEO Project. If you are having trouble selecting keywords we will provide suggested keywords to you.
Can I select one word keywords?
Yes. You may select one word keywords. Not all one word keywords will be approved due to the competitive nature of those keywords but feel free to select them.
How many SEO specialists will be working on my SEO project?
One SEO specialist will be assigned to your project and will complete every aspect of the project successfully. Our specialists have 8+ years of experience in SEO and web development. They have excellent English writing grammar skills for the content creation aspect of your project.
Who do I contact during the 5 week project completion period if I have questions?
After ordering a SEO Plan you will be provided with the specific contact information you can use throughout your project.
Can I receive a discount on my SEO Plan if I refer someone else?
Yes. You will receive a discount on your SEO Plan if you refer another customer who orders. You will either receive a deduction on the total price of your SEO Plan or Cash Back.
Will I get progress/status updates during the 5 week project completion period?
Yes. You will receive updates on the progression of your project via email to keep you informed.
What will happen after the 5 weeks are up and the SEO project is completed?
Once the SEO project is completed, you will receive a zipped document which will contain all of the optimized web pages along with a list of what was completed. You will be able to look over each individual optimized web page before they are implemented on your website.
Can I make changes to the optimized web pages after you have completed your SEO work?
Yes. You can make changes to your web pages but it is highly recommended that very few changes be made in order to keep our work intact so you can achieve your Top 10 rankings.
Will you take SEO projects from my competitors?
No. We will not complete SEO Projects from your Top 10 competitors.
When is the remaining balance due after the down payment is made?
The remaining balance on your SEO Plan is due only when a minimum of 75% of your keywords have achieved Top 10 positions.
Is the entire SEO project completed in house?
Yes. Your SEO project is completed in house and is not outsourced.
Are there other SEO Plans besides the 25, 50, 100 Keyword Plans?
The SEO one star 25, SEO two star 50, and SEO three star 100 are our 3 major Plans. Custom plans are available on a request basis.
I only need 10 keywords in the Top 10. Do you have a SEO Plan for that?
Yes. We will create a custom SEO Plan for your website if required.
I am interested in Monthly Maintenance. When do I start paying?
Monthly maintenance does not start until a minimum of 75% of your keywords have achieved Top 10 positions. Monthly maintenance is an optional but highly recommended service to maintain your keyword positions on a month to month basis.
What will you do on a monthly basis to maintain my search engine positions?
We will monitor your keyword positions daily and if we see any decreases in rankings we will re-optimize specific web pages of target to ensure the search engines will rank the web pages higher.
Can I change the keywords I have selected after ordering?
No. After the service agreement contract has been signed and faxed and the project started you cannot change keywords.
Can I add more keywords to my plan?
Yes. For an additional fee you can add more keywords to your plan.
How far down in search engine positions will still generate traffic for my site?
Generally Top 30 positions on the search engines will generate traffic. Search engine users normally will not go past the third page in their searches.
When do you submit my website to the search engines and directories?
In most cases, your website will already be indexed in the major 3 search engines: Google, MSN, and Yahoo. If not, you will be submitted once we start the project. If you are not in the DMOZ Directory, you will be submitted once the project begins. After the project is completed you have the option of being submitted to over 200 smaller search engines and directories for increased exposure.
My website is not yet indexed on the search engines. Will the guarantee still apply?
Yes. The 4 month guarantee will still apply since it does not start until your web pages are indexed on the search engines.
My website contains dynamic and static pages. Will you be able to optimize them?
Yes. Dynamic pages will be optimized and if a Mod Rewrite is needed, it will be completed with no additional charge to ensure your dynamic web pages can be read, indexed and ranked by the search engines.
How does the Link Building process work for my website?
Based on the SEO Plan ordered we will obtain quality relevant links for your website to help achieve your search engine rankings. We will take care of the entire link gathering process and you will be able to approve or decline each link we obtain.
How often will I get reports on my keyword positions on the search engines?
You will receive weekly ranking reports after your web pages have been reindexed by the major search engines.
How will I know when the search engines have reindexed my web pages?
Our team will be monitoring your website on the major 3 search engines once the project is complete and we will notify you when you have been reindexed. This date will be the start date of the 4 month guarantee.
I have more than one website I would like optimized. Will I get a discount?
Yes. Order a SEO Plan for 2 or more websites and receive a generous discount off the total price.
Will my web pages look drastically different after the SEO Project is finished?
No. You web pages will be more search engine friendly but essentially have the same look and feel.
Can I use Google Adwords and other PPC programs while using your service?
Yes. You can use Google Adwords and other PPC programs in conjunction with our SEO Plans.
Why must the keywords be approved before you begin my SEO Project?
Not all keywords are attainable for Top 10 rankings so we must know exactly which keywords you are targeting before we can begin your project.
Do you need to modify every single page on my website?
No. Only the web pages needed to achieve Top 10 rankings selected by the SEO specialist will be optimized on your website.
How are refunds processed if the rankings are not achieved after 4 months?
In the event where you do not have 75% of your keywords in the Top 10 after the 4 month time period, you will receive a check for the initial payment amount in the mail within 3 weeks.
Will your work affect the rankings I currently have?
No. Our SEO specialists will perform a 'Gentle Optimization' on your web pages if you already have a considerable number of Top 20 keyword rankings. Those rankings will not be affected.
